Vybe Cabs (OPC) Private Limited is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of personal information belonging to its users — Riders, Drivers, and Corporate Partners. This Policy applies to our mobile application, website (vybecabs.com), and related digital services.
Formulated under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011.
From Customers: Name, phone, email, gender, city, date of birth, and trip details.
From Drivers: All customer data plus Aadhaar, banking details, vehicle documents, driving licence, and insurance.
Automatically: Location data (with permission), device information, usage analytics, and cookies.
Vybe Cabs does not sell user data. We share data only with drivers/riders for trip facilitation, authorised payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay), and law enforcement when legally required. SMS/email data is never shared with third parties.

By using the Vybe Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to these Terms. Users who do not agree are advised to discontinue use immediately.
These Terms govern use of all products and services operated by Vybe Cabs (OPC) Private Limited, including the mobile app, website, and related platforms. Vybe Cabs operates as a technology intermediary connecting Riders with independent Drivers — it does not itself provide transportation.
All payments processed through authorised gateways. Fares calculated based on distance, time, vehicle category, and applicable surcharges. Platform convenience fees and processing charges are non-refundable.
All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Vybe Platform are the exclusive property of Vybe Cabs (OPC) Private Limited. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Vybe Cabs' liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the disputed transaction. The Company is not liable for consequential, punitive, or indirect losses.
Complaints resolved within 15 business days. Unresolved disputes referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 — seat at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Governed by laws of India including IT Act 2000, Motor Vehicles Act 1988, Consumer Protection Act 2019, and DPDPA 2023. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

This Policy governs all cancellations and refunds for bookings made via the Vybe Platform. It does not extend to ETS or Corporate Subscription Programs, which are governed by separate agreements.
Pre-Assignment: Cancel anytime before driver assignment — no penalty, no fee.
Post-Assignment (Prepaid): Refunds processed within 48 hours. Platform convenience charges excluded. Vybe Cabs may deduct nominal fees to prevent misuse.
Cash Rides: Cash is a direct transaction between Rider and Driver. Vybe Cabs bears no financial responsibility.
No-Show: Rider failing to appear within 5 minutes of driver arrival may be deemed a No-Show — booking treated as completed, refund declined.
Vybe Cabs may cancel in cases of driver unavailability, technical failure, safety concerns, fraud, or force majeure. Prepaid amounts refunded within 48 hours excluding convenience charges.

By using the Vybe Platform, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
Personal Identification: Name, phone, email, gender, age, profile photo, emergency contacts.
Verification (Drivers): Government ID, driving licence, Aadhaar/PAN, vehicle documents, periodic live selfies.
Location & Trip Data: Real-time GPS during active service — essential for ride matching, navigation, and safety.
Payment Data: Transaction IDs, fare amounts, refunds. Full card or UPI credentials are never stored.
Communication Records: In-app chats, masked calls, support interactions. Certain calls recorded for safety and dispute resolution.
Technical Data: Device info, IP address, app version, crash logs for security and fraud prevention.

This is a legally binding policy. Acceptance is mandatory to access the Vybe Cabs Driver App. Violation may result in suspension or permanent deactivation.
Drivers operate as independent service providers — not employees, agents, or representatives of Vybe Cabs. Vybe Cabs acts solely as a technology intermediary.
The following result in immediate permanent deactivation without prior notice:
